This area started as a blank slate in a basement and was converted to a kitchen and office area for a home-based business. The furnace area could have impeded the kitchen, but we built doors around the area to make it blend in with the walls. The furnace is 100% serviceable and accessible with room to spare. The greeting table in the front of the business is for a pay area and to keep the area private until needed. It is movable and very functional.
